- What is the actual brightness in nits, and how was it measured?
- Does the price include a media player, power supply, cables, and mounting?
- Is there an installation, testing, or content-loading fee hidden further down?
- What is the projected power draw at the brightness you plan to use?
- What happens if a module fails in year two? Who replaces it, and at what cost?
That list has nothing to do with brand loyalty. I want to buy the best total value, and for many projects, the mid-tier option is the smart call. But I need comparable facts. A quote is not a fact report.
The phrase 'digital signage display solutions for enterprise' gets thrown around a lot. In practice, an enterprise deployment means more than the screen. It means remote management, content scheduling, firmware updates, hardware warranties, and a partner who doesn't disappear after the invoice is paid.
